You already know our team is focused on creating an amazing applicant experience. We’ve also spent some time in the last year thinking about the reviewer experience because it’s equally important that admissions teams are able assess future students in a seamless way.
Based on feedback we’ve received from clients, we’ve been working on a project we’ve fondly code-named owl.
Owl is a redesigned reviewer experience from the ground up.
What does this mean?
A completely redesigned reviewer experience
- Faster, snappier load speeds. All applicants' responses load instantly when you land on the responses page.
- Get a complete picture of your future students in one continuous feed. Our newly designed responses feed allows for uninterrupted reviewing, letting you scroll from one question to another with ease.
- Comments are now called “notes” and moved to bottom of the candidate response page. This way reviewers aren’t easily influenced by previous comments from their colleagues. You can also click to quickly add notes from anywhere on the page.
- A cleaner, simpler design. A new header allows you to see which stage your applicant is in at a glance. The layout has also been overhauled to reduce clutter and help you focus on your applicants’ responses.
We're starting to roll out these changes today so you should see them within the next day or two.
As usual, if you have any questions, concerns or feedback please contact your client success manager or leave us a comment below.
